Two Pianos

Duo-pianists Charles Foreman and Kathleen van Mourik have performed across Alberta as a team, enjoyed two highly successful residencies at the Banff Centre and one at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and have commissioned works by various composers. They have received Alberta Foundation for the Arts grants for their two-piano work, as well as Canada Council, Canadian Heritage, and Calgary Region Arts Foundation monies for other projects. Their debut album of French music on Arktos is frequently played, regionally and nationally, on the CBC and other classical radio stations.
